Bryan made it in to Billboard Music Magazine with his music as a Critic's Choice. His entry into Rolling Stone was a bit more unconventional as he was hosting a chat and performance online with Lindsey Buckingham from Fleetwood Mac and got the attention of media around the world.
A fan posted the video and within hours there were over 100,000 views and Rolling Stone took up the news as it was the first time Lindsey had been seen/heard playing since his heart surgery a year and a half prior.
